At Good Land Brewing Co., we have only one expectation for our beers: that they better be bloody good! Which is good news for you, the humble lover of good beer.

With high expectation comes high demand, so be quick! Our ‘Specialty’ beers are brewed in one-off, unique, seasonal batches that are served on a first in first served basis… This doesn’t have to mean the good times can’t last forever!     A hauntingly complex, deep amber pumpkin pie ale. If you've ever tasted a real American pumpkin pie, you’re in for a real treat! We added real pumpkin and the result is incredible.

    Caramel aromas intermingle with fresh cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice to give this beer its uncanny "Pumpkin piein a can" taste. BOOO!

    An extra hoppy, extra malty golden beauty. This American style IPA is aggressively hopped and bursting with flavours of pine and ripe citrus, loaded with mounds of hops and balanced with a blend of 4 different malts.

    We've let the malt and yeast do all the talking here! Highlighting a grain bill consisting of 40% Triticale malt, it pours a beautiful golden colour with a bone white, frothy head.

    With citrus-like esters and aromas of cloves, bubblegum, and a touch of banana all tied together with spicy notes of grain and malt. It finishes dry, lively, refreshing & crisp.

    Brewed with a good dose of malted oats, barley, with Vic Secret, Galaxy and Chinook thrown in the kettle and a good dash of creamy lactose.
    It's then double dry hopped with Galaxy, HBC 630, and Citra. Enjoy!

    Mele Kalikimaka’ is the Hawaiian way to say ‘Merry Christmas to you’.

    This pale ale was lightly dry-hopped with Chinook and Talus beforebeing conditioned on loads of pineapple and toasted coconutto bring you those Hawaiian-like slide-guitar good-vibes. Enjoy Christmas Morning. (Santa won’t know what hit him.)

    We’ve soured this baby with our house lactobacillus culture and added passionfruit and guava purée. The result? Like dunkin’your melon in a bucket full of fruit!

    We’ve used whole hibiscus flowers which create a vibrant rose hue. Expect bold, thick fruit flavoursand mouth puckering tartnessfrom this incredibly aromatic sour.

    Yeah sure! Conditioned on a blend of coffee beans roasted by our mates at Fat Cat Roasters and some thick as vanilla beans for good measure. Jazeker is what Good Land is all about, daring yet refined with this warming, intense imperial stout.

  • HOLY GUMBALLS

    For this New England IPA we started with a pretty hefty malt bill including pale, vienna, wheat and oat malt.
    Doubled dry-hopped with Galaxy and Talus. It’s hop forward, full of candied citrus, tropical aromas and flavours, while also letting the piney, resinous notes come through.

    This is ’merica! The American wheat style is light and clean, but we’ve amped it up and DDH’d it with mounds of Mosiac and a touch of Citra hops. Refreshingly light bodied with a soft, fluffy mouthfeel, it’s the perfect beer to bring in summer.

    Something, something, whaaaat??? Dry hopped in two stages using Centennial during fermentationand a huge charge of Citra andCitra Lupomax during conditioning.

    It carries plenty of Citrus and Stone-fruit aromas up front witha long, clean, lightly resinous and bitter finish, balanced by a creamy caramel malt base.

    Think luxury and class as you sip on this mango cream IPA.

    We fermented this oat cream malt base with an in-house Norwegian Kveik yeast blend, then threw a metric shit-tonne of experimental hop HBC 630 and a touch of mango purée. Lactose added for the full cream experience.

    Oktoberfest Märzen Style Bier / 5.6% — 440mL

    This strong golden German lager is an ode to the big beer halls of Oktoberfest in Munich.

    A soft malty backbone with a balance of clean hop bitterness and a great long lasting off-white head. Get your dirndl’s & lederhosen on, stand on the tables, eat a pretzel and drink a beer! Proost!

    Harlequin is our new world take on an Aussie farmhouse saison. Brewed with wheat, malted rye and compass pale malt, it’s layered with a healthy double dose of Galaxy—our favourite Aussie hop.

    It finishes like a smooth breakfast juice, providing an intriguing complement to the estery clove and peppery character from the saison yeast.

    A classic mega hazy East Coast banger featuring Citra Lupomax, Columbus and the new experimental HBC 630 in a 20 g/L dry hop delivering a bold, juicy and intensely aromatic beer.

    We used two varieties of oats and two of wheat in the malt base for a hazy soft body to balance the triple hop charge.

    Introducing our Teeny Tiny Bier— light in body but large in taste. It’s been brewed with a light base malt, raw wheat, rolled oats and then delicately dry hopped during conditioning.
